Hosting
New hosting accounts may be cancelled within 30 days of the first payment for a full refund of the hosting fee.
Domains
Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are non-refundable once processed by the registry.
Partner and whitelabel products
Refunds for partner products follow the partner's refund terms. Whitelabel products fulfilled by us are refundable within 14 days if the service has not been activated.
Custom development
Deposits cover initial planning and are non-refundable once work has begun. Milestone payments are refundable only for work not yet delivered.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as account credit.
