Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of services provided by Cyberpods ("we", "us"). By ordering or using a service you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate contact information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Billing

Services are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle. Renewal invoices are issued before the due date. Unpaid services may be suspended after the grace period stated in your invoice reminders and terminated if they remain unpaid.

3. Third-party and partner services

Some products are provided by partners. Where you purchase directly from a partner through a link on our site, the partner's own terms apply to that purchase.

4. Custom development

Development work is governed by the accepted proposal. Deposits are due before work begins; remaining milestones are invoiced as described in the proposal. Intellectual property in deliverables transfers to you on payment in full unless the proposal states otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of our services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the preceding three months.

7. Cancellation

You may request cancellation from your client area at any time. Services remain active until the end of the paid term. See our Refund Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or on our announcements page.
